Transit times will vary by carrier. An estimated transit time will be displayed along with your cost to ship at the time of quote.
Are there any materials that are easily damaged or should not be shipped?
Shipping furniture can be difficult for fragile or awkwardly-shaped or bulky items. Some items and materials are not usually shipped due to high likelihood of damage or for safety reasons. Furniture items that contain glass that cannot be broken down and packaged separately are almost always damaged during transport and are therefore not able to be shipped. If it’s something of high value to you, the best option might be to personally transport yourself for security.

Where can I find materials to help me with packaging my furniture for shipping?
Items helpful in protecting and packaging your items for shipping include bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard boxes, shipping tape, and furniture pads. Although FreightCenter does not provide these types of items, you can purchase them either online or at your local moving and packaging store and some hardware stores.
What type of insurance is available for my furniture?
