Methodology
FreightCenter.com's Carrier of the Year award honorees are chosen annually from among more than 40 of its partner carriers. The top national carrier is selected through an analysis of quantitative and qualitative factors such as the total number of completed shipments, number of processed quotes, percentage of claims-free shipments and overall customer and agent feedback. A ‘best value' service is defined by the greatest combination of price, equipment, transit time, class and service.
