Trinity, FL, June 2010—FreightCenter.com, a third-party freight and logistics company, announced the promotion of Anthony Gebbia to Director of Sales at its corporate headquarters in Trinity, FL. The promotion comes during a time when the company has been experiencing a large internal growth, which has resulted in the creation of new departments and the need for more employees.
A driven individual with almost 20 years of sales and management experience, Gebbia began his career at FreightCenter in November 2009 after leaving the Indianapolis-based Ace Mortgage Funding Company. Within a few months, he had worked his way up from the role of Account Manager and into other leadership positions before his promotion to Director of Sales. In his new role, Gebbia will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department and focusing on implementing FreightCenter’s strategic goals into a well-developed, cohesive plan.
