In line with this new carrier certification initiative, we have also initiated a FreightCenter STRONG Certified Carrier of the Year award. Each year we will assess and rate every carrier in our system based on a range of different criteria. All qualities will be pulled directly down from our “STRONG” motto and will include analyzing measures such as pricing and negotiations, dependability, customer service, quality control, support, and capabilities. In the end, the carrier that exemplifies the highest standards, rankings, and satisfaction will be awarded our Carrier of the Year.
