Solve a problem

  • How do I log in to my account?

  • Log in to your FreightCenter.com account. You will be prompted to enter your username and password that was assigned to you when you registered your account. If you do not remember your username or password, please follow the prompts on this page to have your login credentials sent to the email you used to create your account.

  • How do I update my address?

  • If you need to update your mailing, physical or shipping address, you can do so any time by logging in to your FreightCenter.com account.

     

    You can change your contact information in Account Details.

  • I want to delete my account.
  • If you no longer wish to receive sales and marketing emails, please click the unsubscribe link in email. If you want to close your FreightCenter.com account, simply email your booking agent or contact us using the link to the right.
  • Why do I need an account?
  • In order to lock in FreightCenter's carrier pricing, you will need to have an account in good standing. Your FreightCenter.com account lets you book from saved quotes, print and download BOL paperwork and create shipping calculators.
