August 16, 2012 — FreightCenter is pleased to announce its high ranking on a nationwide list that recognizes revenue and industry growth on local and national levels. For the sixth consecutive year, the Internet-based logistics company made the prestigious Inc.500|5000 list. The list compiled by Inc. Magazine measures percentage
Improving its ranking by more than 1,158 positions, FreightCenter has ranked at No. 1,774 out of 5,000 other U.S.- based, privately held, for profit and independent companies. FreightCenter sits alongside companies like Microsoft, Facebook and Intuit that historically earn top positions on the Inc.500|5000 list. The published list will appear in the September issue of Inc. Magazine.

The 2012 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2008 to 2011. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating $100,000 by March 31, 2008 and at least $2 million in revenue in 2011. Honorees will be recognized at the 2012 Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony to be held in Phoenix, Ariz. October 3-5, 2012. The three day networking event will feature key note speakers, a black-tie gala and awards ceremony.
