FreightCenter Promotes Lisa Torzillo to Customer Service Supervisor

August 10, 2015 – – FreightCenter, Inc., an industry-leading third-party logistics (3PL) company based out of the Tampa Bay area is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Torzillo to her new position of customer service supervisor. Torzillo will lead FreightCenter’s efforts to provide the best customer experience possible when providing shippers with a freight quote.

Torzillo started at FreightCenter as a sales representative in 2009, when it was located in Trinity. Her proven track record in customer service and sales allowed her to quickly advance to a supervisory role. As a sales floor supervisor, she led a team of 20 sales representatives by providing support and guidance. She plans on doing the same with her new team.

"By giving the proper support and guidance I know I can really turn things around in this department," says Torzillo. "My objective is to redevelop this team in a way that makes FreightCenter more customer oriented while also providing the sales department with the full support they need to help the company grow. The past six years here have provided me with the experience needed to be successful in this position and I am proud to be a part of FreightCenter’s continued growth."
