There is no change to our normal operations or hours, and our agents are available by phone or online chat to assist. You can always login to your account online and run quotes as well.
Understandably, with concerns around COVID-19, many coordinators and leaders have decided to cancel activities and events. Should these cancellations effect you or your company and you need to cancel your shipment, there will be no cancellation or change fees associated. You will receive a full credit to your account for your original shipment, which can be used towards your next shipment. Your credit is valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.
