By accepting FreightCenter's Terms & Conditions statement, you authorize us to charge the full, adjusted amount of freight to the credit card on file.
Although we make every attempt to correctly determine your freight class, our freight class calculations rely explicitly on the information provided by you during the quote process. Incorrect weights, dimensions or freight classes are corrected by the carrier after pickup. The difference between the carrier's calculations and your quote will require a billing adjustment or add to the total charge to your credit card.
No. To complete a booking and schedule a pickup of your freight, you must cover the costs with a major credit card, like VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.
When booking a shipment online or by phone, your credit card will not be charged until the shipment is processed. Once a carrier has been selected and a pickup has been scheduled, our Processing Department will generate a BOL or bill of lading. At that time, your credit card will be processed for billing purposes.
FreightCenter, Inc. accepts most major credit cards as forms of payment. In order to process a credit card payment, the name and billing address on the card MUST match the name and address on your FreightCenter.com account.
Credit and applications for business check payments are approved on a case-by-case basis. Speak to your booking agent to see if your commercial account is applicable.
