FreightCenter accepts all major credit cards for freight shipments booked online or over the phone with a Freight Agent. Arrangements for other payment options, such as domestic wires, international wires, or business checks, are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are typically offered as a convenience for commercial customers who book shipments with FreightCenter on a consistent basis. If you would like to apply for an alternative business payment option, please contact your Freight Agent to see if you qualify.
Once your freight shipment is reviewed by our processing team, we will schedule your pickup request and your preferred method of payment will be processed. Upon processing your payment, you will receive all documents related to your freight shipment.

Billing –As a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, FreightCener is your single point of contact for managing your freight shipments - including billing/invoicing, payments, resolution and customer service. As a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, FreightCenter is your single point of contact. FreightCenter audits all Bills of Lading (BOL) and carrier invoices, notifying you immediately of any discrepancies and/or billing adjustments.
Resolutions Management –If any changes are required after your shipment has been picked up by the carrier, we have a Resolutions Team dedicated to making those changes when you need them the most.
Customer Service –Unlike other 3PLs, FreightCenter’s Customer Service department is available 7 days a week to service your account. You can reach us online via email or chat, as well as by phone.
