Learn how to track your shipment online the easy way.
You can track your shipment online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our tracking page. The tracking results will only show you when a pick up has been made, when a driver checks in at a terminal, and when final delivery has been made. Due to the high volume of calls we receive, we ask our customers to utilize our online tracking tool to confirm when pick up and delivery has been made.
To obtain a status update on the location of your freight, enter the PRO number or Shipment ID of your shipment on our tracking page.
A PRO number is a tracking number used by some but not all carriers. If your carrier applies a PRO number to your freight, FreightCenter will automatically email that to you as soon as it is electronically generated by the carrier.
You can track your shipment at FreightCenter provided your shipment is being tracked by PRO number. Not every carrier provides a method for tracking. If you believe your shipment missed delivery or the driver is late, please contact our Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to open a support ticket. A pick up or delivery is considered late when guaranteed or time critical services were purchased and the driver missed the designated window of time.
If your driver did not show up on the day of delivery and you were not notified by FreightCenter, please contact your booking agent immediately so we can contact the driver and determine a delivery time window. Make sure you have a consignee available for delivery so you can inspect your freight.
