In some cases, your driver or your FreightCenter agent will notify you before pickup or delivery. After scheduling your shipment for pickup, your freight agent will notify you of a pickup time window and an estimated time of arrival of your shipment.
You can track your shipment on FreightCenter.com provided your shipment is being tracked by PRO number. Not every carrier provides a method for tracking. If you believe your shipment missed delivery or the driver is late, please use this form to open a support ticket. A freight agent will contact you with an update on the status of delivery.
You can track your shipment online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our tracking page. You can also receive status updates via email as well as text message updates to your cell phone. To activate these options, simply login to your MyFreightCenter account and click "Account Info" in the menu. You will see the communication options at the bottom of the screen.
