  • What is Proof of Delivery?
  • Your driver will bring with him a Proof of Delivery receipt, which breaks down the costs and condition of your shipped freight. If your freight arrives in bad condition, you must notate "damage" or "missing pieces" on Proof of Delivery. A damage claim cannot be started without notice within 24 hours of accepted delivery.
