How to Cancel a Shipment
Welcome to FreightCenter’s Cancellation page!
Need to cancel your shipment? No problem! You can cancel your order at any time before the pickup date. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help make the process as quick and easy as possible.
The fastest way to cancel your shipment is to call our Freight agents, available six days a week to assist you. They can quickly reschedule pickup days and times, change load-specific information, and answer any questions.
If you prefer to cancel online, you can use your FreightCenter account, which is available 24/7. Here’s how:
- Log in to your FreightCenter account using the email address and password you used when you created your free freight quote account.
- You will be directed to your “MY FREIGHTCENTER” page. Under the “MY BOOKINGS” paragraph, you’ll see your shipments in process, with headers that read Shipment ID, Quote Date, Origin, and more. The last title will read “CANCEL.”
- Click on the “X” next to the booking you want to cancel, and you’ll be directed to another screen to complete the cancellation.
Please note that a 20% cancellation and processing fee applies to all canceled shipments.
Remember to retain all paperwork referencing your cancellation request for your records.

To Withdraw Your Shipment:
1. Log into your account on our website or mobile app
2. Select ‘Shipments’ from the menu bar
3. Click on ‘Cancel Shipment’ next to the order you want to cancel
4. Confirm that you wish to Cancel this order when prompted and submit
After you cancel your shipment, you’ll receive an email notification with a cancellation number. If there were any fees associated with the cancellation, FreightCenter would provide information about how to pay those fees.
