Scheduling a Pickup Is Easy
Online scheduling can be done twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Sign into your account from the login screen or click on any freight quote process. Pickups are scheduled after you are done filling out the form with details of your shipment. Confirmation of your pick up, along with the required paperwork, will be emailed to you. Please verify the day and time of the scheduled pick-up and contact us immediately with any conflicts.
Calling us toll-free and talking directly to a freight agent is another easy way to schedule a pickup. Freight agents are on staff six days a week for extended hours to assist with all your scheduling needs. They will be able to add notes, such as a driver confirming pick-up with a call before arrival. Additional requirements may be requested of the agent assisting your shipment. An email confirmation will also be sent along with a BOL after a shipment is arranged. Please verify all details of the email and contact us with any schedule changes or situations.
Can I Schedule a Shipment and Have It Picked Up on the Same Day?
Yes, but this service cannot be guaranteed due to our carriers’ capacity. Please allow a 4-hour window before your docks close so FreightCenter can get a driver dispatched out to your location within that same day.
When Do Carriers Schedule Pickups?
Please note that carriers normally make pickups in the afternoon and deliver in the morning.
