How do I log in to my account?
Visit our login page here. You will be prompted to enter the username and password you created when you initially registered your account. If you do not remember your username or password, please follow the prompts on this page to have your login credentials sent to the email you used to create your account.
How do I update my address?
If you need to update your mailing, physical, or shipping address, you can do so any time by logging in to your FreightCenter.com account.
You can change your contact information in Account Details.
How do I delete my account?
If you no longer wish to receive sales and marketing emails, please click the unsubscribe link in an email. If you want to close your FreightCenter.com account, simply email your booking agent or contact us using the link to the right.
Why do I need an account?
To lock in FreightCenter’s carrier pricing, you will need to have an account in good standing. Your FreightCenter.com account lets you book from saved quotes, print and download BOL paperwork, and create shipping calculators.
How to register
Step 1: Visit our home page and click on the login button in the top right corner, or proceed to the quick quote page, where you’ll be prompted to register upon receipt of your quote.
Step 2: Share with us your Full Name, Email, Contact Information, and Password. We will email a copy of your username and password to the email on file.
