“Hello, my name is Phoebe Rivera and I work for All American Facility Maintenance. Here at All American Facility Maintenance we have a full staff and we provide service nation-wide in the retail industry as well as property managers and landlords. Some examples of services we provide range from lighting/electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general contracting, janitorial, painting, roofing, and we also provide asset data to our customers. Some of the challenges we face are getting materials to a certain destination within an allocated time frame and this can be very crucial to the customer if the work is not completed in the time expected. We are all about exceeding our customer’s expectations, so it is very important to us that we cover all the proper channels in meeting those deadlines.

We decided to contact FreightCenter because we were seeking out a freight company that would help us in accomplishing our needs of assuring that our shipments were being handled in accordance with the time frame and the quality of care that is needed and a delivery that is expected from us. FreightCenter offers those services that gives us the ability to track each shipment that leaves out of our warehouse and they also send us reports that help us in line of budgeting our shipments, which in turn keeps us up to par in performance to our customers. My favorite part of the FreightCenter service is that I can always get my representative on the phone and they go above and beyond in ensuring I get what I need at the time of call. If I need help in tracking a shipment, there is never a problem with getting a response right away. If I need a shipment redirected, they take care of it. If I need a shipment picked up from another destination they handle it. I know I can count on them.”
