Terms & Conditions
Lowest Price Guarantee In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on another U.S. based freight services website within 24 hours of booking your first shipment with FreightCenter.com, we will credit or refund to you the difference. This Lowest Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Notifying FreightCenter of a Claim: You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours after registering as a new account and booking your first initial shipment with FreightCenter to make a claim under the Lowest Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.
Services Must be “Same Services” Comparison: The Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to “same services” matches. This includes same; carrier, freight class, weight, size, delivery days, transit times, additional (assessorial) services, taxes and fuel surcharges. Points of pickup and delivery must be the same as booked through FreightCenter.com.
Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online: Rates must be provided by a federally licensed and bonded freight broker or intermediary of freight. Rates must be documentable, available on a public website and available to the general public. Special rates or agreements unique to groups, associations and or corporation do not qualify for this guarantee as they are not “available to the general public.”
Verification of Claims: All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by FreightCenter. FreightCenter will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by FreightCenter personnel. Nor will FreightCenter verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the booking, within approximately 7-10 days of verification.
Changes: FreightCenter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Lowest Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Lowest Price Guarantee. No change in the Lowest Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by FreightCenter to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
